Restaurants can’t serve free meals forever! @LACommunityMeals is rounding up local restaurants that need funds to purchase more supplies and pay kitchen staff. Starting at only $10, purchase a meal for wildfire victims, frontline workers, and disaster relief volunteer organizations.
Take TLV Tapas, for example, a Tarzana restaurant that stepped up during this challenging time. Their expertly curated menu includes traditional “Ktanot” (small plates), salads, and charcoal-roasted vegetables, as well as specialty entrees like short rib cigars, roasted oyster mushrooms, butterfly cut branzino, and even sushi! Billie Eilish, Dave Matthews, John Mayer, Green Day, Gwen Stefani, Lady Gaga, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stevie Nicks, Sting, and more were just confirmed today on the lineup for FireAid, AEG Presents and Live Nation’s wildfire benefit concert at Intuit Dome and The Kia Forum on Thursday, 1/30. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, 1/22 at 12 PT!
Angel City FC, the Angels, Chargers, Clippers, Dodgers, Ducks, Galaxy, Kings, LAFC, Lakers, Rams, and Sparks are coming together to distribute personal hygiene kits, school supplies, sneakers and more disaster relief items at BMO Stadium, Dodger Stadium, and SoFi Stadium tomorrow, 1/17 from 10AM-2PM.
Space Yacht and Dim Mak are joining forces for City of Angels, a wildfire benefit event at Sound Nightclub on Tuesday, 1/21. This 7-hour dance party will feature surprise guests and B2B sets. Tickets are on a “pay what you can” basis and 100% of proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles!
